Proposal Manager: Tier 1 Main Contractor

We are seeking an experienced Proposal Manager to join our clients team in Riyadh. This is a key role supporting the development of Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) proposals and tenders for major infrastructure and construction projects.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the preparation and submission of high-quality EPC proposals and tender documents.
  • Develop and write detailed construction methodologies tailored to project requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, procurement, planning, and commercial) to ensure accurate and competitive proposals.
  • Manage timelines and deliverables for multiple tenders simultaneously.
  • Ensure compliance with client specifications, industry standards, and company procedures.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Proposal Manager or similar role within a Tier 1 contractor environment.
  • Strong background in EPC projects and large-scale construction tenders.
  • Demonstrated ability to write and articulate construction methodologies clearly and effectively.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with Saudi market regulations and tendering processes is an advantage.
  • Ideally be fluent in Arabic
