Commercial Manager: Qiddiya

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a landmark project and work with a leading contractor.

You'll work alongside a highly skilled team to deliver a major infrastructure package of works on Qiddiya. This is to work for a leading contractor who are currently seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to join the team in Riyadh on the Qiddiya Project.

Must be available to start work within 3 weeks & be based in Riyadh

Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, including NDAs, vendor agreements, service agreements, and licensing terms.
  • Ensure terms are aligned with company policies, legal standards, and risk tolerance.
  • Work closely with sales, procurement, legal, and finance teams to support deal structuring and execution.
  • Act as a bridge between internal stakeholders and external parties for all contract related matters.
  • Manage the entire contract lifecycle from initiation to execution and  renewal/termination.
  • Maintain a central repository of contracts and ensure accurate tracking of key dates, obligations, and deliverables.
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements and internal policies.
  • Identify potential risks in contracts and propose mitigation strategies.

Requirements

  • The ideal candidate will have over 15 years experience in Quantity Surveying, with at least 2-3 years as a manager or assistant manager.
  • Degree qualified in quantity surveying, contracts or other related field is required.
  • Experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts.
  • Experience working for contractors in KSA is necessary.
  • Must be available to start work within 3 weeks and ideally be based in Riyadh for face-to-face interviews.
