KAFD is a landmark 1.6 million m² mixed-use development featuring 95 buildings—including 61 towers—comprising offices, residences, hotels, retail, and entertainment. It delivers over 3 million m² of gross floor area and is the world’s largest LEED Platinum-certified smart financial district. Its infrastructure includes a driverless monorail and climate-controlled skywalks connecting more than 30 buildings.
One95 Global was initially engaged in 2009 to work alongside main contractors, sourcing civil and structural construction professionals for early-stage delivery.
