Senior Construction Recruitment Consultant

At One95 Global, we are a growing, specialist recruitment business connecting top-tier talent with leading organisations across the construction and built environment sectors. As we continue to expand, we are looking to bring in an experienced recruiter who will initially focus on candidate delivery, with a clear pathway into a full 360 recruitment role. The position is ideal for a recruiter with construction experience who enjoys sourcing and delivering top talent but also wants to progress into business development and running a full desk.

 

Responsibilities

  • Source, attract and engage high-quality construction candidates
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines across key disciplines
  • Qualify candidates through detailed screening and interviews
  • Work closely with senior consultants to fill live vacancies
  • Manage candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate candidate data
  • Ensure excellent candidate experience and ongoing engagement
  • Progress into client interaction and business development over time

Requirements

  • Proven experience in construction and/or engineering recruitment (essential)
  • Strong candidate sourcing and resourcing capability
  • A keen traveller, must be interested to learn, engage and be curious about cultures around the world.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term candidate relationships.
  • Motivated, proactive, and target-driven mindset.
  • Keen interest in developing into a full 360 recruitment role.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Team player with a positive and professional attitude.
