MEP Project Manager: Major Building Projects

We are looking for an experienced MEP Project Manager to lead the delivery of major building projects in Riyadh. This role requires strong leadership and technical expertise in managing Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works for large-scale developments with an MEP value exceeding SAR 500 million.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of MEP works on major building projects.
  • Manage project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
  • Coordinate closely with civil, structural, and architectural teams to integrate MEP systems seamlessly.
  • Monitor budgets, schedules, and progress, reporting to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Resolve technical issues and implement innovative solutions to optimize project performance.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an MEP Project Manager on large-scale building projects.
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering projects with MEP packages valued at SAR 500 million or more.
  • Strong knowledge of MEP systems, codes, and standards.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with Saudi building regulations and local market practices is an advantage.
